The fondation arp has been forging partnerships with international publishing houses for several years to create and distribute decorative elements copied or derived from works by sophie taeuber-arp.

It highlights a very recent range of objects designed around the work of sophie taeuber-arp and jean arp.

Alongside IC Design, which had already produced a reduced-size edition of sophie taeuber-arp’s famous puppets a few years ago, the fondation arp commissioned the first edition of the candlesticks that
the artist had designed for his studio-house
in Meudon-Clamart.

Collaboration started almost eighteen months ago

with Christopher Farr London, two editions of carpets
have been made around works by sophie taeuber-arp
in the collection of the fondation arp. Translation into wool of compositions on paper, these creations have been woven with the utmost care to respect as closely as possible the original works.
